Today is a fun day in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

However I would like to share something about Indonesian independence in Kuala Lumpur.

So, here it is ....

The Indonesian government holds a tournament for Indonesian workers in Malaysia. Event 2 days before Sukan Sea Kuala Lumpur 2017. I'm very happy because it's my first time joining this event. I'm very proud, going and coming back to Malaysia is my schedule almost every month. this country has its own magnet for me, especially for culinary, culture, people and many kinds of nightlife.

When I met Mr. Zudin, he was the administrator of NUCIM & PCI Malaysia. so he asked me what major i graduated from. I told him, I had studied at the faculty of medicine and he offered me to fill out a registration form. But on the other positive side, I got half the scholarship from Segi in major health. that is the reason the Indonesian embassy in Malaysia accepted me as a medical team.

I have always believed God has a great answer at the right time. they kicked me out of college but another country with a high level university gave me the best chance. After a week I sent the form back to the embassy, on 14 August 2017 I got a call from Mr. Zudin saying I was accepted to attend this event.

The next morning, in the early hours we have a meeting at one of the expensive hotels in the Pavillion with our sports minister is mr. nahrawi. he's a kind sports minister I've ever met. The embassy informed us of the day's schedule. the hall was very crowded but I felt very calm because we were all focused on the committee. And hopefully the show goes according to our schedule.

On August 20th, at 2am to be precise, I left the apartment and headed for the hall. It only took me 18 minutes to reach the map. Malaysia traffic is very neat than our country (Indonesia), the people are very regular following the rules. That way, Malaysia has many positive sides. the country is very clean, wonderful and very warm.

After I arrived, we had several meetings to make sure we were ready to go. We await the minister's arrival. at 8 they came. and we as the committee would like to welcome especially to Mr. Nahrawi.

Many ministers attended this event, not only because of the 2017 Menpora Cup, Malaysia in the same year organized the Kuala Lumpur Sea Sukan 2017. and Indonesia was one of the other countries invited as participants.

The event was getting more festive with cheers from Indonesian workers with the words "Pak nahrawi, pak nahrawi, indonesiaku"

Then suddenly I got goosebumps and my eyes filled with tears.

Only one in my heart, I really love Indonesia, no matter what the people, how bad justice is, but I still love this country. Maybe I am not someone who can contribute to my country, but in this way I can provide a little intervention. why do I need to write this blog, because I want to share my euphoria with you. I'm really proud of us because we did it. yes we are not a member of the beuaty pageant indonesia, but this is how we brag in a simple way.

At that time, Pak Nahrawi gave enthusiasm to compete and was happy to be able to attend an event of this size in Malaysia. He is very grateful to the committee and the embassy for this event. He considered the show to be a success so far.

Then the program continued with cutting yellow rice as a symbol of the opening of the event. After Mr. Nahrawi cut yellow rice, the ministers continued breakfast while the tournament participants started with number one.

I don't know much about Miss Puan, because I only heard that Miss Puan is the daughter of the former President of Indonesia. But here, my first meeting with him, am I nervous? absoluttely yes.

Not many words came out of Miss Puan, she looks really cool, but I don't know, being cool and uncomfortable is something that's hard to tell. We all know that the indoor field is quite hot with participants playing futsal.

Several ministries enjoyed the event. unfortunately Mr. Nahrawi left the show early. He attended the event for 2 hours. After he started back, then followed by ministers and embassy staff. However, the event did not stop there, even when Pak Nahrawi left the field enthusiasm was still radiating from the faces of the participants. there are still more than ten numbers ready to compete.

During the event there was a small incident that happened to a futsal player, sprained his leg, so I gave the RICE Method (rest, ice, compression, elevation) which is a self-handling technique that is easy to do such as first aid for cramps and injuries.

Then I gave him enough ethyl chloride spray so that the spray could prevent pain from deep muscle aches. The player stops and is replaced by a substitute player. In cases like this, the medical team must be nimble like any other team, in order to minimize the occurrence of fatal organ damage. Lack of warm-up before exercising also often causes leg cramps. Therefore, it is highly recommended for sportsmen not to underestimate warming up before doing activities.

The show time at 4 pm marks the end of today's program, I don't feel tired at all, it's just that I feel sad, can I still join an event like this next year? I personally would like to thank the Indonesian Embassy for providing this valuable opportunity to me. So that the moment this time is not for taking a walk but serving the country through a series of events.
